EDUDEMOS
Technology meets sustainability

Sustainable STEM education
The research project EduDemoS (EDUcating through Sustainable DEMOnstrators) enables an easy entry into STEM education for (vocational) school students and focuses on three concrete measures:
- Reproducible demonstration models that make technical and ecological relationships understandable,
- a guide for institutions that allows teachers to easily integrate the models into their lessons
- and open-source software that is freely accessible and enables individualized learning paths.
In cooperation with the Canary Islands-based Sergio Alonso Foundation on Gran Canaria, we are continuously developing the EduDemoS research project and implementing many more educational concepts across Europe.

Innovative learning concepts for young and old
The ecological transition and digital transformation present new challenges for education, society, and the economy. To achieve the goals of the European Green Deal, we need not only technological innovations but also people with the right skills.
EduDemoS is our answer: this European project empowers young people for a sustainable, digital, and self-determined future. It imparts key competencies for the job market of tomorrow – practical, openly accessible, and internationally connected. The project is implemented in cooperation with partners from Germany, Spain, Belgium, and Switzerland, aiming to promote application-oriented (vocational) education.
Discover why regions like the Canary Islands—with abundant sunshine, consistent winds, and a strong emphasis on water—offer ideal conditions for sustainable education projects, making technology tangible and harmonious with the environment.
