PROGRAMMING WITH FUN
Everyone knows the colourful LEGO building blocks as toys. But the little bricks also have great educational potential.
When it comes to promoting key skills for the 21st century, we offer versatile workshops with our LEGO Education training concepts. Whether for schools, educational institutions, training centers, universities or also for introducing adults and companies to technologies – with LEGO Mindstorms EV3 or LEGO WeDo Edcuation, programming as well as future technologies can be taught in a playful way.
INNOVATIVE LEARNING CONCEPTS FOR YOUNG AND OLD
Our workshops use LEGO Education’s action-oriented learning concepts to teach students of all ages basic technical skills that will be required in their future careers. With hands-on teaching concepts, learners are encouraged to think independently and work creatively on innovative solutions.
Through experimenting and trying things out, children and young people learn to grasp complex topics, to question them critically and to creatively develop their own ideas and approaches to solutions. In education and training, the learning system is also suitable for modeling, analyzing and programming industrial processes.
In the same code
These days, society lives in a constant state of technological change, which affects many aspects of everyday life. Therefore, the “In the Same Code” project promotes the digital skills of 3,351 children in Gran Canaria through a playful introduction into programming and robotics. The initiative is supported by the Gerda Stetter Foundation and the Sergio Alonso Foundation. The overall goal of the project is to teach children to enjoy future technological developments and skills.
