Meeting the challenges of systems engineering and the technological requirements of software-intensive mechatronic systems require suitable structures, sophisticated development processes and motivated, well-trained employees.
With our cross-disciplinary training courses and seminars for engineers, we impart extensive theoretical knowledge with practical and target group-oriented content to better utilize and exploit the potential of mechatronics.
Experience has shown that in companies with a long tradition of mechanical engineering, it is particularly difficult to clearly communicate the technological correlations of mechatronic systems to managers and “non-technicians”. The aim of the workshops for management is to create a uniform understanding of mechatronic systems.
For this reason, we have been very successful for years in conducting mechatronic “business games” for managers, on the basis of which the importance of a systematic system and software engineering can be made tangible.
