ENHANCING YOUTH'S TECHNICAL EDUCATION
With our SMART & GREEN Projects, we want to encourage and challenge young people to develop innovative SMART & GREEN Technologies and thus help shape the future in a sustainable way.
However, we can only achieve this goal if we offer them a modern as well as practical education and give them freedom in creativity.
We give students the opportunity to work on technologically advanced projects and to demonstrate their drive and motivation. In international and interdisciplinary teams, the Young Talents can explore the latest technology for a smart and sustainable future and acquire many important social skills along the way.
SUSTAINABLE PROJECTS PROMOTE PERSONAL INITIATIVE
With projects such as the Bamboo Solar Car, as an alternative for sustainable mobility, the Gardenbot as a Smart Farming Demonstrator or the PlastiX Project to clean up the oceans, we enable young students to tackle the challenges of the future and develop new, Sustainable and Smart Solutions.
How successful this can be is also shown by the Summer Camps already held on Gran Canaria and the annual SMART GREEN ISLAND MAKEATHON in cooperation with the Spanish company Dr. Stetter ITQ on Gran Canaria.
