We Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, insofar as you have given your consent; Art. 6 (1) (b), insofar as the processing is strictly necessary for the performance of a contract (holding of events); and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, insofar as the processing is necessary to achieve the company’s purpose and there is no reason to assume that the data subject’s legitimate interest in the exclusion of the processing prevails.<\/p>
